Heating calculation of the house

To calculate the heat loss and boiler heat output, you need to know the following parameters:

Windows
Walls
Ratio of window to floor area
Temperature outside the room
Number of walls facing outside
Type of room above the calculated one
Room height
Room area
Heat losses
Boiler heat output

1. Type of glazing.
2. Type of thermal insulation in the house.
3. How the window area relates to the floor.
4. Minimum temperature of the region.
5. Walls that face outside – quantity.
6. Type of the room itself.
7. Height of the house.
8. Area of the house.

To independently calculate heat losses, the following formula will help:
R=B/K – allows calculating the thermal resistance of the enclosing structure of the house
• R – is the thermal resistance;
• K – is the thermal conductivity coefficient of materials;
• In – thickness of the building material.

Now you can proceed to the direct calculation of heat losses: Q=S*dT/R
• Q – is the heat loss;
• S is the area of the enclosing structure;
• dT shows the difference between the inside and outside of the room;
• R is determined from the previous formula.
The boiler heat output can be calculated by multiplying the heat losses by the area of the house and multiplying by 1000.
