Online converter translates units of electrical resistance.
Electrical resistance is a quantity that characterizes the opposition of an electrical circuit (or its section) to electric current. Electrical resistance is caused by the conversion of electrical energy into other forms of energy: in the case of irreversible conversion (mainly into heat). Electrical resistance is called active resistance; electrical resistance caused by the transfer of energy to an electric or magnetic field (and back), is called reactive resistance.
