Capacitor calculation for the engine

If you have such data as engine power and efficiency, you can calculate the capacity of two parallel-connected capacitors. After entering the data, calculations will be made and the calculator will show the capacity of the starting Cp and the capacity of the working capacitor Cr.

When there is a decrease in the total capacity (at the end of the engine acceleration), a two-stage control is carried out. In this case, the following formula is used to calculate the working capacity:

The last 2 parameters need to be entered from the motor nameplate. In case this is not possible, approximate parameters are entered.
